Refund policy

We hope you love your new purchase. In the event that you’re not satisfied with your order, you may exchange the product within 14 days of your purchase. AYAANA does NOT accept returns for refunds. Exchanges must be in their original re-salable condition as AYAANA will not accept returns with any signs of wear. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange - including cost of sending the product to us and cost of receiving your new product.
